ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition filed, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation of the petitioner's complaint in C.S.R.No.425 of 2022, dated 27.12.2022 from the file of the third respondent to some other agencies by considering the petitioner complaint, dated 27.12.2022 within the period as stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e.,05.01.2023), the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. Permission is granted.

3.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 05.01.2023 das 2/4
