ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to conduct preliminary enquiry on the petitioners complaint dated 06.10.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has made a complaint on 06.10.2025 before the third respondent, regarding the cheating committed by the proposed accused persons who are working under the petitioner. No action has been taken on his complaint and hence this writ petition is filed.

3. The learned Government Advocate submitted that already an enquiry has been conducted and the matter is closed.

4. Per contra, the learned counsel for the petitioner categorically 2/4

contended that this Court has already passed an order directing the third respondent police to conduct enquiry, but the enquiry has been conducted by the fourth respondent and the same was closed.

5. Heard either sides and carefully perused the materials available on record.

6. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the second respondent police is directed to forthwith forward the complaint before the third respondent. The third respondent on receipt of the same, is directed to put the petitioner as well as the proposed accused on notice under Section 64 BNSS, conduct enquiry on the basis of the petitioner's complaint and conclude the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 08.06.2026 NCC : yes / no Index : yes / no pnn 3/4
