For Appellant : Mr.R.Murugappan For Respondent : Mr.T.A.Ebenezer COMMON JUDGMENT (Judgment of this court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM,J) These Civil Miscellaneous Appeal are directed against the common order passed by the Family Court, Tirunelveli in HMOP Nos.294 of 2014 and 101 of 2015, dated 07.08.2015.

2.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the appellant and the respondent along with their counsel appeared in person. It is represented by the learned counsel for the appellant and the learned counsel for the respondent that the dispute between the parties have been settled. A joint compromise memo, dated 12.12.2017 has been filed by the parties to that effect, which would run thus:- "(i)The Appellant is willing to give divorce to the respondent as per the order passed in the HMOP No.294/2014 by the Family Court, Tirunelveli, dated 07.08.2015 and also the Appellant undertakes to withdraw the both C.M.A.Nos.1267/2015 and 1266/2015. (ii)The Appellant also undertakes to pay Rs.3,000/- per month towards as maintenance to his child through a Bank account opened in the name of the child by the respondent.

(iii)The respondent undertakes to bring the chid for visiting the appellant as per the earlier visiting right granted by this Hon'ble Court in C.M.P No.7684/2016, dated 11.01.2017 from 3-30 to 6-00 p.m. first and third Sunday of every month at the above said place.

(iv)The respondent herein further also undertakes, she will not claim any past arrears and future maintenance from the appellant.

It is therefore humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to accept this compromise Joint memo and permit the appellant to withdrawing the two C.M.A Nos.1267/2015 and 1266/2015 filed by him and confirming the divorce granted in the HMOP No.294/2014 by the Family Court, Tirunelvelli."

3.In view of that, both Civil Miscellaneous Appeals are disposed of in terms of joint compromise memo. The Joint Compromise Memo, dated 12.12.2017 shall form part of the decree. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
