COMMON ORDER This Court has passed an order on 08.04.2025, granting last chance to the revision petitioner to implead the legal heirs of the deceased sole petitioner in both the revision petitions. The sole petitioner has passed away on 04.04.2024 and a memo has been filed to the said effect by the respondent on 12.04.2024. Despite granting so many adjournments, the petitioner has not chosen to implead the legal heirs of the deceased sole petitioner. 2.Recording the same, both the revision petitions stand dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
