ORDER

Mrs.J.Padmavathi Devi, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 4.

2. In view of the nature of the order going to be passed in this writ petition, notice to R-5 is dispensed with.

3. The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to forbear the fifth respondent from using the marriage hall for the purpose of unauthorized sale of goods and for any other purpose other than the one permitted by the license, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 21.12.2019.

4. Though larger relief has been sought for in this writ petition, now the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice if the representation of the petitioner dated 21.12.2019 is directed to be dispose of by the second respondent.

5. In view of the above, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.12.2019 and pass appropriate orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
