Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.MUNIYANDI, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Court, while granting bail to the petitioner by order dated 08.12.2020, imposed a condition to the effect that the petitioner should report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., 1.30 p.m., and 5.30 p.m., until further orders. Seeking to relax the condition, the present petition has been filed.

2. Heard both sides.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner is having five previous cases and he has not appeared before the respondent Police after 10.01.2021.

4.Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the condition already imposed on the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.123 of 2021 petitioner is, hereby, modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. All other conditions in the said order shall remain unaltered.
