ORDER

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondents had refused to grant permission to conduct the Siruthondar Drama on the ground that the time had not been specified in the earlier order. He further submitted that the petitioner seeks permission to conduct the drama from 10:00 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. the following day.

3. On the other hand, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that permission had not been refused; however, a specific time had been stipulated by the respondents. This submission is recorded.

4. It is noted that this Court had already allowed the Writ Petition by order dated 07.01.2026 without fixing any specific time. In view of the same, this Court directs the respondents to permit the petitioner to conduct 2/4
