Heard the learned counsel on either side. All that the petitioner wants is the implementaion of the proceedings dated 21.02.2007 issued by the Tahsildar, Thanjavur Taluk, which appears to be based on the decree of the jurisdictional civil Court in O.S.No.455 of 2000, dated 18.07.2005.

2.The learned Government Advocate states that the work of updation has been taken up and in any event, within a period of three months, the updation work will be completed. 3.Recording the said submission of the learned Government Advocate, the Writ Petition is allowed.
