JUDGMENT

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the second respondent is ready for arguments. There is no representation for the appellant.

2.This Appeal is pending from the year 2013 onwards, ie. for the past eight years. The matter was placed before me on 02.07.2021, 15.07.2021, 04.08.2021, 23.08.2021, 14.09.2021 and on 05.10.2021 there was no representation on the side of the appellant. On 05.10.2021, the case was posted on 22.10.2021, under the caption "for appellant side arguments or for orders".

3.Today (ie.22.10.2021), when the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation on the side of the appellant. There is no use in keeping the case pending any further. Hence, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for default. No costs.
