JUDGMENT
This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has been filed to set aside the judgment and decree, dated 18.10.2011 passed in I.D.O.P.No.18 of 2006 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Thiruchirappalli. 2.The appellant as well as the respondent are present before this Court through video conference and they are identified by their respective counsel. Both the parties have filed a joint compromise memo stating that they are willing for divorce and also the respondent has agreed to pay a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- towards permanent alimony to the appellant and undertakes to pay the above amount of Rs.5,00,000/- in two installments. The first payment of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees Three lakhs only) was already paid by way of Demand Draft bearing No.939125, dated 10.01.2022 and the second payment of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two lakhs only) has to be paid on or before 21.02.2022.
3.Hence, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is allowed as per the terms of compromise memo. The Compromise memo shall form part of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
C.M.A.(MD)No.392 of 2012 order. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions is closed.
