ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

2. The only request made by the petitioner is that he must be intimated as and when the respondents propose to hold public auction in respect of the subject matter. Sending intimation would also entail cost. The petitioner is directed to remit a sum of Rs.100/- (Rupees One Hundred only) to the general account of the second respondent panchayat. The second respondent is directed to send intimation to the petitioner in respect of the future auction through Registered Post. The petitioner is also directed to furnish his e-mail address so that the intimation can be sent through e-mail also. With this direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
