ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner brought to my notice the communication sent by the jurisdictional Tahsildar on 07.01.2022 indicating that there is no proposal to conduct survey in view of pendency of O.S.No.58 of 2021 between the parties on the file of the District Munsif Court, Vadipatti.

2. In view of the same, the writ petition is closed. The closure of this writ petition will not come in the way of the rights of the private respondents from establishing the same in the manner known to law.
