J U D G M E N T

This civil miscellaneous appeal is directed against the Judgment and Decree, dated 06.04.2009, passed in M.C.O.P.No.7 of 2008, by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal / Subordinate Court, Kulithalai.

2. When the appeal was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant - Insurance Company submitted that he is withdrawing this appeal and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the endorsement so made, the civil miscellaneous appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the appellant - Insurance Company is directed to deposit the entire https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

C.M.A.(MD) No.172 of 2010 award amount together with interest and costs, to the credit of the claim petition as directed by this Court at the time of granting an order of interim stay, if not already deposited, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
