P.PRABHAKARAN, Advocate for the Appellant in both Appeals and Mr.D.Srinivasa Raghavan, Advocate for Respondents 1 and 2 in CMA(MD) No.1389 of 2016 and for Respondents 1 to 3 in CMA(MD) No.1390 of 2016, this court made the following order:- Today, when these matters are taken up for hearing under the caption 'for reporting compliance, Mr.P.Prabhakaran, learned Counsel for the appellant -Transport Corporation would submit that this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

court, by common judgment dated 08.12.2016, disposed of the above appeals and in C.M.A(MD) No.1389 of 2016, out of a sum of Rs.6,25,000/- (Rupees Six Lakhs and Twenty Five Thousand only), a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs only) has already been paid by the appellant -Transport Corporation and in CMA(MD) No.1390 of 2016, out of a sum of Rs.25,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Lakhs only), a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs only) has already been paid by the appellant-Transport Corporation and therefore, he seeks time to pay the balance amounts in equal installments. 2.Accordingly, the appellant -Transport Corporation is directed to pay the balance amount in C.M.A(MD) No.1389 of 2016 in three equal installments payable at the interval of every four weeks and similarly, the balance amount in C.M.A(MD) No.
