O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 03.10.2023 and dispose of the same on merits within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. By consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that he has made a representation to the second respondent on 03.10.2023, seeking to release the sale deed in Document No.1551/2011. Since the said representation has not been considered, the present writ petition has been 2/5

filed seeking to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 03.10.2023 and dispose of the same on merits.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

5. Considering the above said facts, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.10.2023 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
