Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. ANANTHAMURUGAN.S, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KOTTAICHAMY, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court on the 1/3

petitioner that he shall appear before the respondent Police at 10.30 a.m on the first day of every English Calendar month until further orders vide Crl.M.P(MD). No.13097 of 2023 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.14190 of 2023 on 19.09.2023.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police submits that during the pendency of this petition, the case was transferred to the Inspector of Police, CBCID, CCW, Madurai and therefore, this Court may direct the petitioner to appear before the Inspector of Police, CBCID, CCW, Madurai.

3.
