O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records pertaining to the case in Crime No.657 of 2021, dated 17.12.2021, on the file of first respondent and quash the proceedings initiated against the petitioner U/s.304(A) of IPC.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that during the course of investigation, involvement of the petitioner was not noticed, so his name was deleted from the arrayed accused in the First Information Report. Alteration report is also submitted before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur, on 04.02.2023, deleting the petitioner's name from this case.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this matter has become infructuous. Hence, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
