O R D E R

The prayer in the present writ petition has become infructuous, since the impugned charge memo dated 13.11.2019 has been cancelled and it is stated by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents that a fresh charge memo has been issued to the petitioner on 28.01.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the purpose, for which a fresh charge memo was issued, is in view of the interim order passed by this Court dated 07.01.2021. 3.In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. In case, the petitioner is advised to challenge the subsequent charge memo, it is open to him to do so in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
