For Petitioners : No appearance For R1 : Mr.Prabhu Rajadurai C O M M O N O R D E R From the records it is seen that as early as on 11.06.2019, the erstwhile counsel who appeared for the revision petitioners filed a memo stating that the party has not responded to his attempts to keep in touch with him and therefore, notice was directed to the petitioners by order of this Court on 11.06.2019 and notice was also taken and it has been returned with an endorsement 'left India' in respect of both the first as well as second petitioner. It clearly shows that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the Civil Revision Petitions and the Registry was directed to print the names of the petitioners by order dated 14.10.2019.

2. Today when the matters came up, there is no representation by the petitioners, though the names of the petitioners have been printed in the cause list.

3. In such circumstances, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
