Respondent in CRP.1676/07 COMMON PRAYER:This petition is filed under Section 25 of the Tamil Nadu Buildings (Lease and Rent Control Act, 1960, against the judgment and decree dated 07.12.2005 made in R.C.A.Nos.5 and 6 of 2005, on the file of the Sub Court (Appellate Authority), Devakottai, confirming the Judgment and Decree, dated 17.01.2005 in R.C.O.P.Nos.15 and 14 of 2001 respectively on the file of District Munsif Court (Rent Controller), Karaikudi.

For Petitioner : Mr.K.Govindarajan (in Both CRPs) For Respondents: Mr.R.Sunder Srinivasan (in Both CRPs) Common O R D E R These Civil Revision Petitions have been filed challenging the the Judgment and Decree, dated 07.12.2005, made in R.C.A.Nos.5 and 6 of 2005, on the file of the Sub Court (Appellate Authority), Devakottai, confirming the Judgment and Decree, dated 17.01.2005 respectively in R.C.O.P.Nos.15 and 14 of 2001, on the file of District Munsif Court (Rent Controller), Karaikudi.

It is represented by the petitioner / landlord that the tenants in C.R.P.No.1575 & 1676 of 2017, had already vacated the property and that no one is occupying the property, after the property got fired. CRP NPD(MD)Nos.1675 & 1676 of 2007 possession of the property, but it shall not, however, prejudice the rights of either parties, if they have a claim over the property in a suit.
