The present Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed, to set aside the Judgment and decree dated 26.10.2010 made in G.W.O.P.No.80 of 2008 on the file of First Additional District Sessions Judge, Tiruchirapalli. 2.Since the daughter of the appellant namely, S.Vahetha Begam attained the age of majority, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal becomes infructuous.

3.Hence, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
