Offenders, Sand Offenders, Sexual Offenders, Slum Grabbers and Video Pirates Act 1982 (Tamil Nadu) Act 14/1982) and confined at Central Prison, Madurai, Madurai District and set aside the same and set the detenu at liberty.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, by producing a proceeding in G.O.Rt.No.376, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XIII) Department, dated 19.01.2023, submitted that the detention order has already been revoked. Recording the said submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
