No.190 of 2014, filed against the award and decree dated 29/11/2013, passed by the IV ADDL DT JUDGE,MADURAI(MACT) in MCOP.1269/2011, has been disposed of by the Hon'ble High Court, on 20/09/2018 enhancing the compensation awarded by the Court below. The Decree in the said C.M.A is ready for dispatch. However, since the Additional Court Fee equivalent to the enhanced compensation amount has not been paid, the Decree could not be dispatched till date.
