ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the fair and decreetal order of the learned Rent Control Appellate Authority / Principal Subordinate Judge, Madurai, dated 30.03.2005 made in RCA.No. 32/2003 reversing the fair and decreetal order of the learned Rent Controller / Additional District Munsif, Madurai Town made in RCOP.No. 83 of 1995.

2. The quietus has been brought about ending the above revision with the terms of compromise entered into the parties. The petitioner Bank had vacated the premises even during the Rent Control Proceeding. The only issue that is pending is the payment of differential amount of fair rent and contractual rent. Now, the petitioner/ Bank has entered into agreement with the landlords. The respondents / landlords agreed to receive a sum of Rs.1,35,000/- towards full and final settlement and a sum of Rs.1,35,000/-, has https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/4

CRP(MD).No. 1716 of 2007 been paid by way of Demand Draft bearing No. 125859, drawn on 21.09.2019, in favour of one V. Dinesh, who is the son of the 4th respondent herein, towards the above settlement of the respondents / landlords' claim in RCOP.No. 83 of 1995 on the file of the learned Rent Controller / Additional District Munsif, Madurai, less the Tax deducted at source.

3. The revision petitioner / Bank has given a Demand Draft for a sum of Rs.1,35,000/- towards the arrears of rent to the respondents / landlords and the respondents / landlords have agreed to pay TDS amount of Rs.15,000/- and they have also paid the same.
