This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the the first respondent to direct the third respondent to give police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and for the enjoyment of her properties, from the intervention of the fourth respondent and his people, by considering the petitioner's complaint dated 25.09.2019.

2.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner had https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD).No.87 of 2020 given a complaint against her son/fourth respondent and that based on her complaint, dated 25.09.2019, a case in Crime No.147 of 2019 has been registered against the fourth respondent and three others, for the offences under Sections 447, 294(b), 379, 506(2) and 109 of IPC. She would further submit that if the petitioner appears in person, due enquiry will be conducted and thereafter, necessary protection will be granted to the petitioner, taking into consideration of the orders passed by the Civil Court. 3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
