ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The writ petitioner is a senior citizen. She approached the maintenance tribunal and obtained an order in her favour. She wants the same to be enforced.

3. No exception can be taken to the said request. At this stage, the respondent through his counsel states that he will abide by the order passed by the maintenance tribunal. The authorities particularly the third respondent shall issue notice to the fifth respondent and shall proceed to enforce the order, if the fifth respondent is not complying with the same. 2/4

4. The Writ Petition is allowed on these terms. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
