ORDER

The present petition has been filed by the wife, seeking transfer of the case in H.M.O.P.No.323 of 2022 pending on the file of the Subordinate Court, Coimbatore to be transferred to the Subordinate Court, Aranthangi, Pudukkottai District.

2. According to the petitioner / wife, she is a permanent resident of Meemisal, Avudayarkovil Taluk, Pudukkottai District and she is residing along with her parents and her minor child.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent / husband requested the matter to be posted either at Madurai or at Pudukkottai. However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner / wife points out that the petitioner / wife is residing in a remote village in Audaiyarkovil Taluk and hence, she find it difficult to reach Pudukkottai. 2/4

4. In view of the aforesaid facts, H.M.O.P.No.323 of 2022 pending on the file of Subordinate Court, Coimbatore is hereby withdrawn and transferred to Subordinate Court, Aranthangi, Pudukkottai District.

5. With the above said observations, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 24.02.2023 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Sm To 1.The Subordinate Court, Coimbatore.
