ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/accused No. 2 & 3, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A) and 406 of IPC, seek anticipatory bail.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners represented that the petitioners have been arrested and were released on Station bail itself and that therefore, he wants to withdraw this petition.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Criminal Original is dismissed as withdrawn.
