[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.] The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition, seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioners representation dated 26.03.2018. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.Alleging that illegal sand quarrying is being taken place, a representation has been made by the petitioner to the first respondent dated 26.03.2018, seeking action against the illegal sand quarrying. Since, no response is forthcoming, the petitioner has approached this Court with the present writ petition.

4.Taking into consideration the pendency of the writ petition, this Court directs the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.03.2018 and pass appropriate orders within a period of four [4] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.The Writ Petition stands disposed of, accordingly. No costs.
