CRP(MD). No.78 of 2020 of India, praying this Court to direct the learned Principal District Munsif Court, Dindigul, to expedite and complete the proceedings in O.S No.73 of 2015 and dispose of the same within a reasonable time to be fixed by this Court.

ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing earlier order of this Court dated 07.07.2022 and upon perusing the letter received from the Principal District Munsif, Dindigul in D.No. 685/2022, dated 19.12.2022, seeking extension of time for three months to dispose the Original Suit number 73/2015, this Court made the following order: " The learned Principal District Munsif, Dindigul, sent a letter dated 19.12.2022, requesting extension of further time of three months to dispose of O.S.No.73 of 2015.

2. Considering the reasons stated in the letter dated 19.12.2022, three months' time is extended from today to dispose of O.S.No.73 of 2015."
