JUDGMENT

The learned Counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that the appellant has instructed to withdraw the appeal, since the plea of ESI exemption was considered and granted through G.O.(D)No.510 / 09.10.2023. Since the prayer of the appellant in this appeal is already granted by the respondent, the appellant has instructed the learned Counsel for the appellant to withdraw the appeal.

2.Recording the said submission, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
