PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No. 714/2019 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner is in custody since 23.11.2019 for the offences punishable under sections 294(b), 323, 307 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., in Crime No.714 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail.

3.I went through the contents of the FIR. Due to a very petty quarrel on the road, the petitioner herein had reacted disproportionately and stabbed the victim on his chest. The victim https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.69 of 2020 was in Hospital for more than a month.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would point out that the petitioner is having a number of cases to his credit. He is also facing a case of murder. Therefore, the conduct of the petitioner is such that he is not entitled to bail. 5.In view of the above, this criminal original petition stands dismissed.
