PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.1306 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent Police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A1, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 25.11.2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 454 and 380 of IPC on the file of the respondent police seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner herein broke open the house of the defacto complainant and committed a theft of Rs.15 sovereigns of gold ornaments worth about Rs.1,65,000/- and cash of Rs.18,000/- from the bureau. Hence the complaint.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. He would also submit that the property has been recovered.

5. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking note of the fact that the petitioner is habitual offender having 21 previous cases, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
