PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondent no.1 to 3 herein to provide police protection to the petitioner and his property comprised in Sur.No. 563/4 situated at Door No.4/302, Old No. 4/22, Kamuthi Road, Parthibanoor Post, Paramakudi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District from the hands of the respondent no. 4 to 12 on the basis of the complaint dated 27.12.2021.

This petition has been filed seeking direction direct the respondent no.1 to 3 herein to provide police protection to the petitioner and his property comprised in Sur.No. 563/4 situated at Door No.4/302, Old No. 4/22, Kamuthi Road, Parthibanoor Post, Paramakudi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District from the hands of the respondent no. 4 to 12 on the basis of the complaint dated 27.12.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the third respondent conducted detailed enquiry and closed the complaint on 25.02.2021.
