JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM.J.) This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has been filed by the appellant/wife against the decree of divorce granted in H.M.O.P.No.436 of 2014, dated 09.02.2015, on the file of the Family Court, Tirunelveli.

2. Before us, both parties have appeared and they have filed a joint memorandum of compromise, whereby they have decided to live together as husband and wife, taking into consideration the welfare of the minor daughter. The joint memorandum of compromise has been signed by both parties and it has been affirmed by them before us, when they appeared before us and the joint memorandum of compromise has also been signed by both the learned Counsel appearing for the parties.

3. In the light of the same, the joint memorandum of compromise is recorded. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is allowed and the decree of divorce is set aside.
