RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed Crl.OP(MD)No.21701 of 2022 dated 08.12.2022 Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MICHEAL SEBASTIN B, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.21701 of 2022, dated 08.12.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions and charge sheet is filed.

4. Considering the said submissions and nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.21701 of 2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Special Judge, POCSO Court, Thoothukudi on 06.02.2023 and https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.229 of 2023 thereafter, appear before the trial Court, on the date fixed by the learned Judge, without fail.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
