The petitioner has preferred the Civil Revision Petition against the fair and decreetal order dated 06.01.2006, made in I.A.No.902 of 2003 in O.S.No.918 of 1987, on the file of the I Additional Subordinate Judge, Tiruchirappalli.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that subsequent to the filing of this Civil Revision Petition, the final decree application in I.A.No.902 of 2003 in O.S.No.918 of 1987 was dismissed on 20.10.2017 and and hence, this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs.
