[Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has been filed under Section 19(1) of Family Courts Act, 1984, against the Fair and Decreetal order dated 08.07.2015 passed in H.M.O.P.185 of 2014 by the Family Court, Tirunelveli.

2. Heard Mr.P.Velmurugan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.T.Arivukumar, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

3. It is heartening to note that the parties to the present proceedings had given a serious thought to the suggestion made by the court and they reunited as husband and wife. For such reasons, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw this appeal and made an endorsement to that effect.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
