2. The learned Judge, Principal District Judge, Madurai, has addressed a letter to the Registry, dated 19.01.2026, requesting extension of further time of three months to dispose of the case in A.S.No.8 of 2011 pursuant to the order of this Court dated 26.02.2024.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above case. Accordingly, three months time is extended for disposing the case in A.S.No.8 of 2011 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 23.02.2026 Note : The Registry is directed to send a copy of this order to the Court below forthwith.
