For Respondent : Mr.K.K.Ramakrishnan, Additional Public Prosecutor PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory bail in Crime No.1559 of 2019 on the file of the Respondent police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences under sections 147, 451, 427, 294 (b) and 506(i) of I.P.C., @ into 147, 451, 427, 294(b), and 506(i) of I.P.C., in Crime No.1559 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

3. The petitioners' earlier petition for anticipatory bail was dismissed by me on 17.12.2019. The defacto complainant had borrowed money from A1 and since the same was not repaid, the accused had gone to the house of the defacto complainant and thrown out all the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.203 of 2020 articles. They used JCB to demolish the house and the house was also demolished. Taking note of the brazen act committed by the petitioner herein anticipatory bail was denied on the last occasion.

4. The petitioners' counsel would contend that even according to the statement of the victim recorded under Section 161 of Cr.P.C., the value of damage was only Rs.12,500/-.

5. I had considered the contentions of the petitioners at length and after seeing the photographs took the view that the petitioners are not entitled to anticipatory bail.
