Learned counsel for the respondent submits that he has formal objection for allowing the petition.
Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed. The dismissal order dated 07.01.2019 is set aside and Tr.CMP(MD)No.462/2018 is restored to file.
