REV.APLC(MD) No.64 of 2020 ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.BASKARAN, Additional Advocate General for M/S.VR.SHANMUGANATHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.B.PRAGASH, Advocate on behalf of the Respondents, the court made the following order:- Learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the review applicant, on instructions, states that the Execution Court is not permitting the applicant to deposit part of the amount as per the direction of this Court in the Civil Revision Petition. The learned Additional Advocate General further states that the applicant is also making the balance amount ready.

2. Recording the statement of the learned Additional Advocate General, the Execution Court namely the I Additional Subordinate Judge, Trichy, is directed to permit the applicant to deposit around a sum of Rs.27,00,000/- without any hindrance and on such deposit being made, permit the respondents / claimants to withdraw the same.

3. Post the matter after six weeks.
