Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners to execute the sureties and surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the order was passed by this Court on 25.10.2019 granting anticipatory bail and condition could not be complied since the petitioners suffered some health issues and hence he seeks time to surrender and furnish sureties.

3. Considering the request, time granted by this Court vide order dated 25.10.2019 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.15658 of 2019 is extended up to 24.03.2020.
