JUDGMENT

This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has been directed against the Judgment and decree dated 24.11.2009 passed in M.A.C.O.P.No.350 of 2007 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Principal Sub Court, Tirunelveli.

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the appellant has submitted that the case was transferred from the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Principal Sub Court, Tirunelveli to the Sub Court, Karur on 05.02.2010 and the matter was amicably settled among the parties in EP proceedings in E.P.No.22 of 2010 in M.A.C.O.P.NO.350 of 2007, on the file of Sub Court, Karur. The said submission is recorded.

3. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
