JUDGMENT

This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has been filed against the against the order, passed in G.W.O.P.No.9 of 2008, on the file of the Principal District Court, Thiruchirappalli, dated 30.03.2012. The appellant herein is the petitioner and the respondent herein is the respondent in the original Petition.

2. Both sides present. Records perused.

3. This Appeal was filed in the year 2012 against the order in G.W.O.P.No.9 of 2008. In the G.W.O.P.No.9 of 2008, the elder son of the petitioner/appellant was studying 7th standard and his date of birth was mentioned as 06.10.1999. The younger son of the petitioner / appellant was studying 3rd standard and his date of birth was mentioned as 21.09.2003.

4. Now, both the minors attained majority. Hence, this Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
