Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to issue a separate patta for the petitioner's property measuring to the extent of 31.5 cents comprised vide Joint Patta No.824 in Survey No.75/2, Viraganoor, Madurai South Taluk, Madurai District based on his representation dated 15.08.2020 within a specific period as fixed by this Court.

ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner seeks issuance of separate patta in respect of the petition mentioned property. In this regard, he has given an application. The learned Government Advocate states enquiry is scheduled to be held on 19.01.2021. He states that final orders will be passed on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months.
