Theni in Crl.A.No.96 of 2023 through judgment dated 28.11.2023 and set aside the same in so far as the imposition of punishment given to the second respondent as "Imprisonment till raising of the Court" and consequently modify the same by confirming the sentence of one year Simple Imprisonment imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Uthamapalayam, Theni District in C.C.No.119 of 2014 through his judgment dated 19.07.2023 under Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 1998. JUDGMENT
