ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.S. RAMESH, J.) The prayer in the writ petition before the learned Single Judge was to permit the petitioner, the first respondent herein, to continue BE degree course for the academic year 2003-07. The Writ Petition came to be allowed on 10.10.2006, as against which, the College had preferred an appeal in WA(MD)No.393 of 2006. By Judgment dated 08.01.2007, the Writ Appeal was dismissed, as against which, the present Review Application came to be filed.
2. Apparently, the Student, the first respondent herein would have now completed his BE degree course. Hence, no useful purpose would be served by reviewing the Judgment passed in the Writ Appeal. Hence, this Writ Appeal stands closed. No costs.
