----- CMA(MD). No.317 of 2010, filed against the award and decree dated , passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal(Chief Judicial Magistrate), Madurai, in MCOP No.2493 of 2004, has been disposed of by the Hon'ble High Court, on 01/02/2021 enhancing the compensation awared by the Court below.

The Decree in the said C.M.A is ready for dispatch. However, since the Additional Court Fee equivalent to the enhanced compensation amount has not been paid, the Decree could not be dispatched till date.
