JUDGMENT

This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed to set aside the order, dated 21.01.2010, passed by the Principal District Judge, Ramanathapuram, in I.A.No.26 of 2009 in O.S.No.7 of 2009.

2. It is informed by the learned counsel for the appellant that the suit in O.S.No.7 of 2009 was disposed of by the trial Court, on compromise, on 14.06.2010 itself and hence, nothing survives in this petition.
